The place is super cute, super clean, and so close to everything. Martha’s breakfast was very nice, especially the fresh one she made for us. Just wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

convenient location

confusing parking

I loved the convenient location, which made it easy to access biking trails and local attractions. The spacious superior king room was a perfect retreat after a long day on the bike. Also, the wonderfully prepared breakfasts prepared me for my daily adventures.

The parking arrangement was a bit confusing at times, which added some inconvenience.

Martha and Tim are fabulous hosts! The homemade breakfast was incredible, featuring a variety of options like baked peaches with brie and a delicious crustless quiche. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after exploring Bar Harbor.

The spacious superior king room featured a lovely balcony and a beautifully designed bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Breakfast included delicious croissants and a standout broccoli and cheese soufflé that was a highlight each morning. Despite the overall charm, there were instances of noise from neighboring rooms, and some amenities felt dated and could use an update. The parking arrangement was a little confusing at times, making it inconvenient for our outdoor adventures.

Couple seeking lovely stay

Martha and Tim created a warm atmosphere. Their gourmet breakfasts had me looking forward to every morning, like some kind of culinary adventure! I couldn't believe the crustless quiche and apple-chicken sausage-they were very nice!

Definitely not cheap, but worth every penny.
